Wand broke within an hour of use

Actually submitted a review prematurely about the poor battery life. Now that I’ve used it to try to clean off my outdoor furniture, I’ve a new gripe. Added the hose adapter and the wand developed a giant leak (a giant crack) and is now worthless. See photos. Unless you want to use this with a bucket always, I wouldn’t waste your money.

Short battery life

It’s great for small and short jobs. The “2-hour” batteries last about 20 minutes each.

The higher the ampere-hour (Ah) rating is, the more run time the battery has to offer. A 4Ah battery recharge is 120mins. To achieve 2 hours of runtime, you would need to use a Greenworks battery with a high Ah rating (e.g., 6Ah or higher) and a tool with relatively low power requirements. Love the 80V greenworks tools. 24V tools less so.

I’m not sure if mine is defective but the pickup acts as if it’s clogged. Doesn’t function well at all.
Not only that the hose wants to pop out of the bucket which gets pretty annoying after while.
I thought it would be handy for little jobs for when I didn’t feel like firing up my Honda powered 5hp pressure washer but for scrubbing my deck and washing my cars it’s easier to just do it the old fashioned way without this 24 pressure washer.

Don’t do it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to like it, but this thing is a hunk of junk. Even while taking special care to ensure the Watch your hose wasn’t tugging on the very flimsy quick connect. It broke within five minutes of using it for the first time. I also attached A 500 psi pressure gauge to the end of it and couldn’t get over about 360 psi. Doubt I even Go through the hassle of returning it since I will be shipped the exact same product that will break again, all on my dime. I honestly wouldn’t waste my money on this one. I have lots of their products and really enjoy them all, but this one was a “no” for me. Spend a little extra and get a better one from them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

mighty power in a small tool

Stop working after 10 minutes using it. I just got this tool and did not work after 10 minutes. just shut off.
