A huge help!

I bought this after we had a contractor cut up a tree that fell down in a storm recently.
I couldn't be happier that I did. This chainsaw (I bought the "tool only) is light and easy to use, comes with oil so you can get to cutting right away, is relatively quiet and odorless...it's great! honestly I couldn't wait to use it and was thrilled to see it arrive.
I used it on a pine tree that was about 12-18" wide and had little difficulty. I plan on using it mostly for that purpose. I have a lot of brush to clear in the backyard. Thanks Greenworks!

This chainsaw exceed my expectations. It's easy to start, surprisingly quiet, and cuts like butter. Super simple to use and very well-made. I love that we can also share the batteries for this with our lawn mower, leaf blower, and string trimmer.

It's too hot for chainsaw work but I did cut the tops off some stumps to try it. It worked well. My 2ah battery didn't last long and they only have the 6ah battery in stock. (It's too expensive for this tool). I gave it four stars for the short time I used it. When it's tree cutting time I might make it a 5,????

Didn’t cut quite as quickly as I expected and used a decent amount of oil but otherwise pretty good investment for around the house and occasional use

First chainsaw I've owned. Seems to work well. Used it to cut up a tree that fell in our yard during the aftermath of Hurricane Ida. It took the whole day and I ran through three batteries (two 4.0 AH, one 6.0 AH) during the course of the day.
Occasionally had an issue where I would pull the trigger and it would just click, which was a bit frustrating.
