Great all purpose chainsaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a professional in any form when it comes to lawn tools or anything like that. With that being said I was able to use this chainsaw to cut down a tree in my backyard without any issue. And I felt safe using it. It easily cut through a downed tree in my yard that was over 12 inches in diameter near the base. Battery lasts and is easy to charge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chainsaw is pretty awesome, Ive never used a battery powered chainsaw before and was quite surprised by how much power this thing has. We has a tree fall after Thanksgiving in our front yard and have been putting off clearing it out. This was the perfect opportunity to try out this chainsaw. The chainsaw cut up this tree with so much ease I was quite surprised at how well it performed! I would definitely recommend. The battery is powerful and charging it is a breeze as well! This is great chainsaw and it definitely did NOT disappoint! We also just used it again yesterday to chop up the Christmas tree in small enough pieces to dispose of in the greens trash bin! Very pleased with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Greenworks Pro 16 in. Cordless Chainsaw with 2.0Ah HC Battery and Charger for my husband. He absolutely loves it. Works so well. He was out there on xmas cutting down logs for our fire. Usually he's out there for a little while but with this chainsaw he wasn't out there long. Cut up the wood so perfect and fast. Starts up quick also. He says it's the best chainsaw he's ever owned. He also said he cant wait to get out and cut more down. I'm so glad I got it for him. I highly highly recommend this brand and product.

Easy to use and cut

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the chainsaw on a small tree in my backyard, and it worked beautifully. It was easy to handle and light. I would suggest wear protective eyewear so the wood chips don't get in your eyes. Little to no assembly required.

Nice chainsaw for the smaller projects

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this chainsaw for some trim up of the front tree. The unit is lighter than other models I have used, so I was able to handle the chainsaw with great control. I charged the battery and started to use it, the battery drains after about 30 minutes of use so I think I am getting a second battery to keep me from taking about hour breaks in between charges. I would also suggest cut the bigger stumps and branches first to get the best power from the machine. While it has it pros and cons this is overall a good chainsaw for the average homeowner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this chain saw. It is light weight and easy to start! We’ve used a hand saw for trimming the oak tree in the front yard and it would take us a good part of the day. Using this chainsaw we were done in about 15 minutes! The chainsaw cut through the branches with no problems, did not get stuck at all. So easy!
To fully charge the battery it took 55 minutes. The only thing I did not like about charging was the sound of the fan motor was very noticeable. With my other charging tools there is no sound. But that is a minor inconvenience to me.
I wish the safety cover for the blade locked in somehow as it did slip off while I was carrying it to the garage.
Overall I really enjoy this chainsaw. Can’t wait to see what else I can use it on, which may be a problem for my husband.!

Powerful full feature chainsaw without the noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit that I was skeptical of the idea of a battery powered chain saw even though as a contractor most of my power tools and saws are now cordless. But I grew up in the Pacific Northwest where chainsaws were a daily part of life and I knew they needed a lot of power or were more trouble than they were worth. But I have found this saw to have enough power for almost any job you would ask a chainsaw to do. And when you finish your cut you are met with immediate silence and breath in clean air instead of two cycle exhaust.
The saw has all the features you would expect and almost all of them work well. The chain it comes with is not the best and I replaced it with an Oregon chain which is far better. The chain throws more oil than I like and the oil reservoir can leak oil if not upright. But all in all I can safely say I doubt I will ever by a gasoline chainsaw again.
