[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This saw makes impressive cuts! The issue is it only lasts for about 20 minutes and the battery is hot and needs to be recharged. It is also not piling the chain AT ALL !!! The oil port gets clogged at the first cut!! The chain runs dry, the battery doesn't last and take a hour to cool, then another hour to charge! Not a good usable tool. It does cut really well in the first few cuts though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s also normal for lithium-ion batteries to heat up during heavy use when this happens, most chargers will not begin recharging until the pack cools to a safe temperature, which can add time between uses. Regarding the oiling system, the chain requires consistent lubrication for proper operation. If the oil port becomes clogged, the chain can quickly run dry. To avoid this, we recommend checking and cleaning the oil reservoir cap and port before use, and using a high-quality bar and chain oil. Regular maintenance helps prevent sawdust buildup that can block the flow. Running the saw without proper lubrication can shorten both chain and bar life. Poor Bar Design

I have about 2 hours of use time on the saw.
Battery life is okay.
Bar is poorly designed.
Roller at end has too small of a diameter which leads to binding.
The binding has caused a pinch in the chain which now has to be replaced.
Will have to look into getting a proper aftermarket bar from Oregon.
As is, the saw is more of a 2" diameter maximum branch size suburban homeowner type of saw.
Battery life is okay.
