[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery is bad you only get about 15 to 20 minutes you said of it they say a hundred cuts I've had this for about 6 months The battery is poor you only get about 15 to 20 cuts and once it gets down to about two on the battery the little green lights1 The chain stops I would not say this is a great product. Then you have to push the button to cut a little bit more then it cuts out after about 15 seconds needs a different battery I think for your product. I've had other machines that work better and if this is a 60 volt battery it said last longer than 15-20 minutes of cutting. I have never gotten 100 cuts out of this battery sad product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great power and battery life

Weak Guide Bar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand New. Cut down an 8" pine. Made notch & cut tree down. On starting next cut to make shorter lengths, chain came off and severely damaged chain guard. Could not get chain back on guide bar. Thought it was the chain so replaced it, but new chain would not fit into guide bar, which had become pinched on both sides.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New chains tend to stretch; so be sure to check the chain tension frequently and tension as required. However, be sure to never tension a warm chain before storing as chains shrink when cooling and this can damage the chain, bar and saw.
