Perfect for residential application

This chainsaw is perfect for residential application. Usually only need to use intermittently so nice to have battery ready to go when needed.

Didn’t cut quite as quickly as I expected and used a decent amount of oil but otherwise pretty good investment for around the house and occasional use

I'm super impressed with how light weight and powerful the saw is. Right out of the box I was able to easily drop a tree and cut up the larger branches. I've used gas powered saws before and you waste half the time trying to get them started. Not with a battery powered saw... just squeeze the trigger and get the job done.

Super convenient and safer to transport than a gas-powered chainsaw. Immediately read to use. Just top off the chain oil reservoir. Good battery life. The recharger automatically charges and then turns off when full. Nice!

I already have a greenworks pro weed trimmer and blower. I bought this as my small gas chainsaw needs to be worked on. The chainsaw works very well on smaller trees/logs around 6-8" or smaller. It has some great torque and cuts well. The break kills the chain very fast. This is great for some light cutting and is quick and easy. I did cut some larger logs 12" and larger. It does cut but it takes time and will definitely run the battery down quicker. I do like being able to charge and interchange the 60v battery with my other equipment.

I bought a 40 volt Greenworks chain saw for around home use, it did everything i wanted it to do, my gas chain saw went bad and i purchased the 60 volt Green works chain saw what a great buy cut down trees at the cabin up north did a fantastic job ,cannot say how please i am with this purchase and would recammend it to anyone asked about it.
