Love this saw it has done everything I have ask of it and more. Run time on 2.5 Ah battery was better than expected. I would highly recommend this saw.

The chain came off after less than 20 minutes of use. It would not fit back on the blade properly. I called customer service and I was 52 in line and after holding almost 5 minutes I was still at 51. Can you please ask some someone to call me.

very nice saw. Had trouble with chain falling off, but checked bar and it was bent. Probably due to shipping. I had spare bar and chain stayed on with no problems. Lots of power and really like they corrected the problem with the oil tank being too exposed as in earlier models. Battery life is as expected but will last pretty good on smaller logs, the larger logs do use more power. I tried to register the saw online after I got the email, but it wouldn't work, so i tried to call and see how to do it but customer service was backed up, I was on for 50 minutes and still had 12 callers ahead of me. They need to improve that area, thats why i dropped it by one star, thought about two star drop but could have been a telephone glitch on their end. Very nice product!
