Love not having to use gas!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chainsaw is perfect! I primarily use it at our family ranch where we gather lots of large branches. This is great because of the powerful 60 volt battery. It has plenty of juice for cutting large branches. The battery charges pretty quickly as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tired of the haggle with gas, this thing is amazing. Easy to take anywhere and fires right up every time. The chainsaw made quick work of the fruit tree in the backyard that desperately needed a trim. Would recommend to anyone!

He’s been wanting a cordless chainsaw to trim our overgrown trees, this fit the bill. For once he was actually excited to do yard work. I asked if I could do it next time and he said no way, this is my toy.

Great Chainsaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really great chainsaw. It's really light even with the huge battery plugged in. The battery is not in the way at all. The saw cuts just as well as a gas powered saw. It's not a heavy duty machine but great for cutting palm leaves and smaller branches. I'm really happy to have this in my garage. I have a rare palm collection and this is just what I needed for the leaves. I recommend this saw to anyone for trimming up trees.

Powerful little machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start by saying I haven’t personally used this chainsaw but have watched my husband and his grandfather use it for various tasks around the yard. The type of property we have, we got it for small tasks and nothing like cutting down trees. This is their feedback along with my observations.
They both compliment the lightness of this chainsaw. When it was delivered, it was much bigger than I was expecting and was worried it may be too much for my husbands grandfather to handle, but I was wrong! We have lots of good palm trees, citrus trees, and various others on the property and it’s nice to be able to take care of a fallen branch or palm frond on our own without having to pay our tree guy.
So far the battery life has not disappointed either. We haven’t used it for extended use, so we haven’t had to deal with a dead battery mid project.
The sharpness of the blade is extraordinary as well. It hasn’t taken much effort to cut any one of the limbs/branches/fronds in our yard yet. We haven’t needed to cut through a tree trunk or anything of that nature and I’m not sure we would ever need to either.
This replaced an old gas chainsaw and we were a little skeptical to replace it with a battery operated one, but we are glad we did. No more fumes and needing to fill it with gas. It’s also much quieter which is nice.
We are very pleased with this product and would highly recommend to anyone. (At least anyone with simple tasks as I can’t speak to how it would hold up with a heavy work load or on big trees and other larger tasks)

Greenworks Pro Cordless Chainsaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a very large backyard with huge oaktrees as well as a few oversized trees that we (my husband)cut during the winter for wood. My husband used the chainsaw to cut wood for our firepit. The chainsaw had plenty of power and we love that its cordless so no more pulling and tugging or buying super long extension cords but it didn't last for more than an hour before my husband had to recharge it! Not a biggie because it cuts AWESOME and fast! The only problem is that the chain kept popping off which made the woodcutting seem like it was taking forever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Greenworks Pro 16 inch Cordless Chainsaw is a powerful machine and easy to use. The battery needs to be charged if the green light is blinking. If its solid green then its ready to go. You need to buy bar and chain oil for this. Very useful for home owners. My husband felt it was heavy but then again he has a bad shoulder.
I would recommend this to a friend!
