Works great, with 2 batteries it outlast me as i am 74. I like not having to pull start a gas saw. Fine for clearing trails. It cuts maple just fine but you would be out out battery life if you were a serious fire wood cutter.

More powerful than I expected! Sliced right through the log length firewood I had delivered. I am a senior citizen and had no trouble using this saw. If a little old lady can use it, so can you.

Bar and Chain are horrible

I bought this on December 1 2022 didn't use it until March 2023. After 10 minutes of using the saw chain jumped and deformed to the point it would no longer go back on the bar. Customer service would not do anything becauce it was over 90 days. Joke product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unfortunately, we are not sure of each customer's expertise with our units, so we do just need to confirm basic troubleshooting procedures before determining the proper course of action. There is truly no intent to disappoint our customers, sometimes the solution is at the end of their fingertips but can easily be overlooked. When a tree fell by our house, we bought the 60v chainsaw and couldn't believe how easily it cut thru that tree. We couldn't be more pleased with all Greenworks tools!
