Need at least 2 batteries for working. The battery keeps the charge for a good while, but it is always a bummer to run out of a charge when you are almost finished with the job.

Bought this as a Christmas gift. So I haven’t had the chance to see it tested. I however own other green works batteries and have no complaints. Bought these because more power time is needed now that there is a bigger yard to cut.

I bought 2 more of these batteries because they work great and hold a good charge. I have had the others for over 4 years and they still work great. I gave my son a few tools so now we both have 2 good batteries.

The battery is light weight and easy to put on and off. I wish it had a longer charge but then it might be heavier so just make sure you have extra batteries to finish the job. Definitely worth not having to lug over a hundred feet of wire.
