This battery gave me over 20 minutes of run time using Turbo 50% of the time. Unfortunately the battery fail prematurely. I store my batteries in a climate-controlled room. I never use a hot battery in a tool and always allow the battery to cool before charging.I did speak with a customer service representative by the name of Faye, she was able to send me out another battery. When I receive my new battery I will give an updated review on its longevity. As for the customer service keep it up Greenworks! this really determines whether I'll invest in a product or not.

Bought this as a Christmas gift. So I haven’t had the chance to see it tested. I however own other green works batteries and have no complaints. Bought these because more power time is needed now that there is a bigger yard to cut.

I have a 16 inch chainsaw with 2 batteries. The saw is 48 volt so it takes 2x24 volt batteries. I also have a 24 volt power washer that takes one 24 volt battery. The life of these batteries is great. They also charge really fast. Happy I purchased this brand.

I love love love this thing!! The small battery that came with the edger always died before I finished the job. Now this 5.0ah lasts long enough to finish front and back yards. Yeahhh
when using the smaller batter on the charger it takes about 1 hour to charge. This big boy takes about 2 hrs and 30 min to charge but worth every extra minute!!!
