I have the 24V lawn mower and a quarter acre lot. The lawnmower works great. Unfortunately I always run out of battery with a little more lawn to cut. This battery fixes the problem. It's a shame I had to spend that much extra to make the 24V lawn mower usable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two batteries and a charger combo to replace the battery and charger I burnt. I couldn’t find this product anywhere else, and even had a coupon code. I’ll keep using Greenworks!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that I can use this with all my tools and charge my phone when needed. I have 4 total so when two are being used mowing, two are charging and ready to go for the next job. Great investment, happy customer. Thanks Greenworks!

Hello Deat. We are sorry to hear about the experience you have encountered with your batteries. The overall battery life is dependent on many factors such as where they have been stored, charged, and handled. There are many possible scenarios that can affect the lifespan of a battery. In ideal conditions the battery has a charge and discharge cycle of up to 2000. Here are a few troubleshooting suggestions to check out. 1) When the battery is inserted, the light should begin flashing green to indicate the battery is charging. If this light is not igniting or is flashing red, this may indicate an issue and we would be interested in hearing more about this. If the light simply goes solid red, try removing the battery and unplugging the charger for about 10 minutes and place them both indoors in a room temperature setting, as this might indicate the battery is at the incorrect temperature to be charged. 2) Ensure that the battery has been fully inserted into the charger. Sometimes this requires a firm push into place to make sure that it has been properly seated. 3) Try resetting the charger. To do this, simply unplug it for approximately 10 minutes and then plug it back in and try reinserting the battery. If the charger has been plugged in for extended periods of time, this can sometimes cause the charger to malfunction. If this light is not igniting this may indicate an issue and we would be interested in hearing more about this.
