[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the convenience of no cords...as with all my greenworks items, but I can't give this one a 5 star just yet. The first place I tried it was on the stairs, and I have a dog that sheds ALOT so I did have to empty the tank twice to do the stairs. It was so nice to not carry a full vacuum to complete the task. I am looking forward to using it around the whole house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a tad nervous making this purchase as we’ve had vacuum sticks from more standard vacuum manufacturers but since once all the other products I bought from them exceeded expectations I placed the order. Now 6 months later I’m ordering one for my daughter’s house. Product just works really well and cleans easily. I like that I don’t have to hold power button all the time like I did with my previous (other manufacturers) vacuum sticks. This product was less expensive than competitors yet it works and stores much better. Life of battery varies on power setting but I find it fine for my usage (plus mine came with a second battery that when stored on stand is fully charged when I need it)
I recommend buying additional filters though I’m still using my original. Filters work best with good cleaning after every few uses
Best recommendation I can give is that I’m buying another to gift my daughter. This is a way net👏👏👏

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum replaced a Dyson stick that was advertised to handle pets. The Dyson would clog within a minute or two. This vacuum works much better to pick up the pet hair and it is compatible with the Greenworks batteries we have for other uses. The vacuum does clog and will frequently only work on the lower power. So I do need to frequently clean it out. But not nearly as frequently as the previous Dyson.

Bad if dog hair present

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this a few months now. The battery lasts 10 minutes of run time. Would be ok, except if you have dog hair, you are stopping every 5-15 seconds, no lie, to empty hair from the tank or brush head because it gives a full/clog warning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The runtime for this vacuum are:
up to 45 mins on low mode
up to 20 mins on standard mode
up to 10 min on high power mode

Works well, but batteries get very hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this vacuum a little over a year. It works well on high. However, on high the battery only lasts about 9 minutes. So, with two batteries, you can vaccuum 18 minutes. Then, you can't recharge the batteries right away, because they are too hot. In addition, one of the two batteries has just failed. It will not charge, it will not run the vacuum and a warning sign comes up when it is placed in the charger. For the price paid for this vacuum, and having a three year warranty, I was not expecting to have trouble when it is just over a year old.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
