Easy start with a press of a button!

This was the best investment! No need for gas! Just press the start button and go! Only wish you didnt have to push ir! But definitely beats lifting snow!

The snowblower works great until you need to get a belt for it. When you do order the belt directly from the website twice and they send you the wrong belt even after you give them the model and serial number.
Pros: Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Environmentally Safe
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really bad

I haven't got to use this expensive snowblower yet. The assembly design and instructions are among the worst of any product I've ever purchased. I read reviews about the flawed assembly design and instructions before I purchased, but I figured I could navigate with eyes wide open. Not the case... I now need to purchase new parts and bolts due to this horrible assembly design. Greenworks customer service is non-existent. Please do not purchase this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stalls consistently under modest conditions, just 2” of dry snow, with forward movement at a snails pace. Product is on the way back to the retailer.

Sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing with this snow blower. In your case with two inches of light snow, try tilting the machine slightly upwards and take a first layer off. Then go back and get the second layer. Go slow, and don’t try and take on the full width of the machine with snow. Very Disappointed

I bought this right before a big new years storm in Utah. Battery at full charge lasted 25 mins at best. Not much power or performance. I ended up shoveling my driveway while the battery had to be put back on charger only 1/4 into my driveway. Terrible experience , not cheap either. Necer will buy the brand again.

Battery run times will depends on a multitude of things including which battery you are using(2.0ah, 3.0ah, 4,0ah, 5.0ah etc), the weight of the snow, how much snow, etc. The size of ones driveway as well may require the battery to be charged more than other smaller driveways/areas. Poor plastic parts

Used first time today. While bringing back into garage and pulling handle over the threshold, small plastic piece molded into unit housing snapped off causing handle to not stay in position. I will say the company agreed to replace but I can see this happening again. If it does, I hope I can get a full refund.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet
