This product is phenomenal!

I've had this phone since December of 2010 and I must say it's absolutely fantastic! It has its ups and downs, but overall it's a really great product.
It has a tendency to shut off randomly, but that's a rare occurrence. Unfortunately, it also has the option to ignore someone's call and takes you to texting instead. It's sort of frustrating when that happens, though it only really happens to me because I have my phone on vibrate most of the time. The voice command button is a bit of a nuisance, but I rarely use it.
The phone's design is convenient, being small enough to fit in a front pocket and not show, which is helpful at school. The slide and QWERTY keyboard are also very useful and I absolutely love it. The phone is durable, seeing as how in these two years I've owned it, it has been dropped more times than I can remember, on concrete, tile floors, hard wood floors, and even in sand. But it still works as well as the first day. I also love that you can divide up your text messages between contacts.
Unfortunately, this morning I had a bit of a problem with it. For some reason the clock was stuck on the time 4:38 am, and was frozen as well. It took me taking out the battery to restart it. It was actually 6:51 am, so yeah. I'm not sure what happened, but other than that, it's a great phone.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight, reliable and reasonable, great for first-time phone users, capable of surviving a teenager
Cons: randomly shuts off
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have used this for the last 2 years. Couldn't quite afford a smart phone, but needed more than just a standard flip.
Sound quality has been great with verizon and the keyboard pretty easy to use even with my giant fingers. Never had any problems with this device.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

Slows down sometimes, dies faster than a Smartphone with just less 35 minutes of talk in 24 hours, it doesn't last me 24 hours, freezes 7 out of 10 times. It is durable, but every time I drop it the battery falls out. It shut off on me once and it deleted all my contacts, pictures, music, etc. even though I had an Micro SD Card, everything it deleted. Small amount of memory I have less than 80 contacts and it If i take 1 pic it says no memory left. Scratches easily. Shuts off when it wants to 3 out of 10 times, Many more things that annoys me.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight, easy to use
Cons: Did not meet expectations, dies fast, scratches easily, small memory capacity
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this phone for my wife and she loves it, it's been about 9 months and the cable that connects the sliding screen to the rest of the phone just broke. Very disappointed, I would have expected a much sturdier or more flexible cable. Now the phone is junk, won't power on and you can't order parts for it. :(
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Intensity I was MUCH better!

I absolutely LOVED my original Intensity Flamingo! When it was time to get a new phone, I was happy to get the Intensity II, until I started using it. There are many differences between 1st and 2nd generations, but eventually I got used to it. I'm stil using the I-II, but am looking for something new before my contract expires b/c I just am not as happy with this model as I was with the original Intensity. On 1-10 scale, original Intensity was a 10, while II is maybe a 6.5. Sometimes the original should be left as is!
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am a fan of Samsung and have been for some time. but this phone I do not like.. if you are a girl or a guy with very small hands.. then you might like it. The camera on it is not that good, it doesn't do video, The software for it to connect to PC is not that good and took about 4 times to plug and unplug into my sys before it finally started working right. My system is 64bit Windows 7, The lock buttons are a pain in the behind. I set it to one button unlock and it always seems to be the first button hit when in my pocket. and when I go to even answer a call I have to unlock first and usually end up hitting 2 or 3 buttons at once and it hangs up the call. I would not recommend this phone to anyone with man hands..lol I can't wait to get rid of it.
Pros: can't think of any
Cons: Did not meet expectations, to small and button arrangement
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung Intensity II Review

I love this phone. To check its battery life I left it on all day, every day to see how long it lasted. It was rated to about thirteen days, and to my surprise, it was VERY CLOSE to that long! This comes in handy when you forget to turn it off at night, or something of the sorts. It can take a beating too, even though I haven’t dropped it yet. The battery was easy to access, and I love all of the customizable features. Built-in Bluetooth helps it to communicate easily with my computer. However, it would be nice if came with Wi-Fi, so that I wouldn’t necessarily need a plan with data included. But overall it is a great phone, and I would definitely recommend it to a friend, although it isn’t a top-of-the-line phone! Unfortunately, I haven’t put it on a plan yet, so I can’t give much detail about its calling connection and things like that.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: no wi-fi capability
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the worst phone ever. I have had nothing but problems with it from day 1. It shuts itself off. The screen has stopped working when I open up the Qwerty keyboard. The phone dials people on it's own. Sometimes I go to text someone and in the middle of a text, it shuts itself off or goes back to regular screen. This phone is falling apart and I still have 6 months before I can upgrade, I don't think it will last, I AM SURE IT WON'T LAST. Do not recommend this phone to anyone. Guess I got what I paid for.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
