Good basic phone

I bought this phone because I also bought a Galaxy Tab. So i didn't see the need for a smart phone. Easy to use and I really like the full keyboard for texting. One minor pet peav of mine is when you read a text message on the conversation page it still will say that you have a new message unless you individually click on the part of the conversation that has been unread. Other than that it does everything I need it to do. The Galaxy Tab does the rest.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable
I would recommend this to a friend!

Intensity lacks intensity adds frustration

THe intensity II was intended to be an upgrade however it has been more of a point of frustration even greater than a bus load of hyperactive 5 year olds.
The overall layout of the keypad is rediculous. If one does not have hands like a skeleton then they have difficulty hitting the correct key.
THe speakerphone is a complete joke

The keypads keys (numbered) are all very slick so that ones fingers rolls off when dialing and texting.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Very Disappointing and Aggravating

Poor design and difficult to navigate even the simplest of features. Changing Ringer requires too many steps. Alarm only works when power on. Can't download Pics and can't get Driver from Samsung Website. Rounded edges means I've dropped it 3 times in the first week. Last phone got dropped exactly once, in 3 years! In other words, it's the exact opposite of my last phone. Guess I'm stuck with it for a year.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, buttons are too recessed, rounded edges hard to grab and hold on to, volume too low to use in car, cannot download pics
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dont buy if left handed

Don't buy this phone if you are left handed. It is designed without you in mind. You will never be happy with the buttom positions and overall poor design. It is too bad that engineers do not think of the obvious.
Pros: Inexpensive
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This phone is the tufest phone ever

This is the best phone I ever had!! It is the most tuff phone i ever seen to. I had lost my phone for 5 days and I was walking out side and I found it. I was shocked that it still worked because it went through 5 days of snow freezing rain, and below zero degree weather. This phone is good for any body. Best phone ever......

Love my phone

I really love this phone. The battery life on it is amazing. I do not have to charge this phone as much as my previous phones. I like how easy it is to navigate and how nice it is to use.
My only complaint is that the keys are to easy to unlock if the phone is on a pocketbook or case. It dials a lot on its own. I just never carry it in my pocketbook anymore and that has cured that.

Too slippery!

This phone is almost impossible to slide open without having it slip out of your hands. Too slippery, and not enough area to hold on to when trying to slide it open.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
