I can feel the quality and pride the Team took in creating something that can have the ability to connect a Person in what it feels like to be human. These are a work of art delivering humanity in the most comfortable, discreet, personal manner. The sound is unbeatable. The ability to shut it all out or you can give it a tap and listen to both the world and your music, book, movie at the same time. They are the best. And you feel it as soon as you take one in your hand.

I have managed to own the last three generations of the WF1000XM family and with each generation noticeable improvements have been realized. The two things that I've found could be improved still are the reduction in initial cost and the longevity of the internal battery. I have too little experience with the WF1000XM5 toaddress the long term life of the internal battery.

I have both the 4 and 5 series earbuds. The 5 lacks the voice prompts that made the 4s easy to use. Pairing is much more difficult because you are never quite sure what mode the headphones are in and you must use the button on the charging case or the app. Sound quality is an improvement over the 4 but functionality took a big step backwards.

Great sound and 360 reality works good but I don't like the fit on the ears and not an option to for ear retention. Feels like the would fall out of the ears too easy. I use them for yard work and with my Bose earbuds they have a built in stabilizer to help retain then in the ears. I don't feel confident with these to stay in the ears

For stable fit, check that you are wearing the headset properly. Ensure that the earbud tips are comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible. If the earbuds aren't fit snugly in your ears, they may feel heavier and more likely to fall out. Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different. Sound quality is great, however there seems to be some serious connectivity issues. Sound would keep cutting in and out even in close proximity of the connected device. It's also a bit uncomfortable, but once it molds to your ear its good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was really impressed with the sound coming out of these compared to my AirPods and wired Sony earbuds. Just way more dynamic sound happening. Tapping the left bud to toggle noise cancelling off is a handy feature. The packaging was nice and included various sizes of tips that go in your ears which is always good. These were surprisingly somewhat comfortable to sleep in too despite their size. It even uses the Apple MagSafe charger with the case standing up which is so convenient!
