Broke soon after purchase

Within a month of purchase, the left earbud broke. Very low volume and static/buzzing/popping. Didn’t fit well in my ears no matter which of the sizes I used, and touch controls were too sensitive, especially in dry weather. Had hair that went over my ears at the time, which also wasn’t a great combo. Sound was decent for the short time they were working correctly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

1) Check Volume Settings: Ensure that the volume on your connected device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) is turned up. Sometimes, the volume on the device itself might be set too low.
2) Clean the Earbuds: Dirt or earwax buildup on the earbuds can affect sound quality and volume. Gently clean the earbuds with a soft, dry cloth.

4) Ensure that your earbuds have the latest firmware installed. You can check for updates using the Sony Headphones Connect app.

These buds are by far the best out there. I had the 1000xm4's and they were great but Sony somehow improves on those because these are absolutely awesome!!! The sound quality is probably the best I've heard. The ANC feature is the best I've heard. Battery life is unbelievable. Sony checked all the boxes here.

These earbuds are the best so far compared to the others that I have owned. Sound is perfect. They fit my ears well. The Bluetooth has multi-connection which is awesome. Highly recommended.

I owned every single sony wireless earbud.
And i have the same problem with all of them. I couldn't track the earbud when it is closed. Samsung lets you track the earbud why not sony give the same capability to track the earbud when the case is closed or when the ear buds are misplaced somewhere.
The earbuds plugs are so hard. According to me, they are such a setback. There is lot of air that goes in. It does not give me a good blockage of external noise. I have tried moving across the ear buds.
The clarity still is not part with few 300 dollar earbuds. Like B&W earbuds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While I normally suggest wearing wired headphones but the best listening experence these are really good... like REALLY REALLY GOOD!
