Not as good as advertised!Don’t Waste Your Money!!

These earbuds were a huge letdown. The mic is terrible!!!!I literally have to switch off Bluetooth to take phone calls because people can’t hear me. The noise cancelling is nowhere near what Sony advertises, and the eartips started degrading after about a year. For this price, you’re far better off choosing something else!

Good earbuds

Haven’t tried these yet in the conditions I bought them for (twin prop plane travel…very noisy) but compared to my wf1000xm3’s, around the house, these cancel out much more noise. I like the form factor compared to the xm3 and the tiny charging case. So far so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent sound poor fit

The sound is excellent in these ear buds. The call quality is also very good. Unfortunately the foam tips are extremely stiff and uncomfortable. I was really looking forward to the combination of good anc and the foam tips as I wear earbuds for extended periods of time in loud environments. With the included tips the earbuds became very uncomfortable into painful after less than 20 minutes. I have put in a request for silicone tips but am worried those will reduce the passive sound isolation and reduce how well the earbuds stay in. Will update when they arrive. I know it’s impossible for hygiene reasons but it’s really too bad we can’t try earbuds on in the store or have a return option. Based on the fit and comfort I would either not have bought them or would return. Very uncomfortable.

Ive never had good quality wirlesw earphonea before so I decided to invest. All I can day is Im impressed. Love all the different features, excellent audio quality and they fit well in my ears! I think they are well worth the purchase.

I didn’t notice much of a difference in audio quality for the price and after 3 years of ownership, the earbuds fail to hold battery and earbuds cannot connect to the phone without the case being charged and near….. I know may headphone that can function when the case has no charge

Great sound and ANC, but have connection problems.

Purchased these because I lost my Samsung earbuds. Got them on sale during the Christmas seasons and I'm glad I didn't pay full price, but I still feel like I wasted money.
These have good audio and probably the best ANC for a wireless earbud, but the connection is CONSTANTLY dropping from one earbud or the other. These are the only bluetooth devices that have connection drops with my phone. It happens so frequently that it makes these just about unusable.
I would no recommend buying these.

I have had these earbuds for just over a year and chose them for the noise cancelling and decent mic for using on work calls. The foam ear buds are peeling now. Its difficult to change the volume since you have to tap the ear bud 4 times to change the volume and it doesn't always recognize the taps. When I work out with these I'll accidently brush the headphone and it'll skip or pause my music. When I'm outside and taking a phone call I'm told I sound muffled or far away. I mainly use these for work and they're okay for that but would appreciate if I could use for phone calls while walking. As of yesterday, my right earbud has no sound. I see online that many people have had this issue with no resolution. I've tried many things to resolve it and nothing has worked. I had some basic JLab earbuds previously that never failed so I don't understand why these are failing already. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
