They are just ok. I was hoping for a better quality of noise cancellation ear buds.

J'ai acheté ces écouteurs en remplacement des Bose Ultra que j'ai perdus dans une randonnée. J'escomptais les utiliser pour masquer les ronflements la nuit dans les dortoirs, comme je faisais avec mes Bose, qui le faisaient très bien, mais dont la batterie se vidait après 5 ou 6 heures. Après avoir comparé les courbes respectives d'ANC sur le net, j'ai acheté les Sony en confiance. Mais cet aspect ne fonctionne pratiquement pas avec les Sony! Ce sont de bons écouteurs, mais pas pour remplacer ni les Bose, ni les Apple airpods que j'ai déjà. Si c'était faisable, j'aurais retourné le produit.

Bon écouteurs intra-auriculaire avec une belle esthétique et une bonne qualité de son
Par contre je suis un peu déçu par l'annulation de bruit ambiant. Je m'attendais à mieux venant de Sony

My first Sony product , and unfortunately my last.
My WF-1000XM5 left earbud completely lost sound after only 6–7 months. The touch controls still work, but there is zero audio.
I contacted Sony Support and tried everything they recommended — reset, initialization, firmware update, etc. Nothing worked.
The worst part: the problem occurred within the first year, but due to illness and surgery, I didn’t follow up until later. By then, Sony simply told me there was nothing they could do and suggested buying a newer model.
A premium product failing after 6–7 months is unacceptable. Being told to buy another one instead of getting meaningful support is even worse.
I regret buying Sony and will never buy another Sony product again.

Windy Day Phone Calls Solved

I have an iPhone and loved the controls and fit on my old cheapo Sony buds. But I couldn’t make clean, clear phone calls on windy days outside. Now I can. Love these. Spoken word and music sound great as well!

Lorsque je suis allé au magasin il était indiqué à 148$ de rabais - j'ai acheté les écouteurs me disant que cela étaient certainement un bon deal - sur internet pour le même pris cela indiquait 42$ de rabais- j'ai désenchantée un peu - j'avais l'impression de m'avoir fait avoir comme un débutant- tout de même le produit est correct- parfois il semble - bugger- perte de son - ne réponds pas aux commandes- parfois on fait une commande et cela fait une action ou une autre et pourtant on a fait la même chose - le son est bon-

Upgraded from XM5, reviews online undersell the difference between XM5 and XM6, ANC is spooky good. Sound stage is some how better. Better bass response, high end as well. AND THR FIT IS WAY BETTER.
