Not worth the price based on my needs

I did extensive research around which ear buds were the best in terms of reducing ambient noise (incoming & outgoing) when on calls. I decide to bite the bullet and spend the large amount on these ear buds and I could be more disappointed. They are good ear buds in terms all of the other functioning but specifically for what I need them for- not good. If you're someone like me who is on calls all day and in noisy environments, go with a cheaper option because these just did not live up to the hype. Seriously regretting this purchase.

Noise reduction and sound quality are good, battery life is a little below average, controls are absolute sh!te!. In fact the controls seem mostly geared towards getting you to use streaming services and voice assistants so that Sony can gather data on you and sell it, i.e. Would definitely not recommend buying at full price. I got 150 off as a sale and I still feel a little ripped off. Buyer beware.

It died after 7 month no charnging !! Call the sony they cant help .and best buy purchasing receipt no more ink left to read ..so no no warrinty cover ..shouldv gone with email purchasing receipt

Next level sound

I've been using a low end pair of buds for the past year and I was sick of dealing with them falling out all the time and the sound was getting hissy, so I figured I would pull the trigger on these and treat myself...
The sound is AMAZING (but the bar was low).
These Sony buds fit near perfectly right out of the box and included 3 more tip sets. Once sealed, they blocked quite a bit of the ambient sound...when any tunes played, the ambient sound was near non-existent.
The spacial sound is awesome! True 360.
Deep, deep bass and sharp mid/highs. The sound is night and day from my previous pair. It's great hearing music at this quality now with a large variety of settings in the app to tweak the sound.
Love these things! Do NOT regret the cost at all!
