Worked after going through washer and dryer!

I purchased these a few months ago. The sound and battery life are excellent. I accidentally left the right earbud in my pocket and ran it through the washer and dryer. It still works perfectly! I was very impressed.

From my perspective it s an excellent choice for a daily use. From design, quality and functional point of view these earbuds are very OK and Sony trademark won t let u down....

Clicking noise

They click while I’m running and it drives me crazy. Changing earpiece sizes and adjusting doesn’t help at all. They also are difficult to connect to new devices and only store two devices at a time.

To address the clicking while running, please ensure the firmware is updated via the Sony | Sound Connect app, as this can often resolve acoustic artifacts. Regarding connectivity, these headphones support Multipoint connection for two devices simultaneously; to pair a new device beyond that, please ensure you are manually entering pairing mode by holding the buttons on both units for about 5 seconds. If the issue persists, resetting the earbuds to factory settings may help.
