After testing the Sony WF-C510, I’m thoroughly impressed with their all-around performance and amazing sound quality that gives life to my preferred music - professional audio quality! In addition, the lightweight and compact design makes them incredibly comfortable for all-day wear, and they offer a fantastic listening experience, whether I’m working, exercising, or just relaxing.
One of my favorite features is the Sony app, which allows me to control multiple settings and fine-tune the sound to my liking. Whether I want deep bass for music or voice enhancement for calls or podcasts, the app gives me total control. Additionally, the Ambient Sound Mode helps me stay aware of my surroundings when I’m out and about. Everything can be controlled/customized.
These earbuds are my favorite, and I highly recommend them!

The left ear of my Sony WF-C510s no longer charges after only 9 months of use. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps, updated the firmware, and reset the device but nothing works. I want you to send me some new ones out but I can't see how to do that. I've registered them just now but your website and app have no relevant options for me to choose. It's a shame because they sound fantastic but are let down by not being reliable, or maybe I just got a malfunctioning pair. Thanks.

Love that it has real buttons, no touch sensors. Love that you can shut them down and turn back on without the case. Great battery life. Love the simplicity and the form factor. Great fit. I'm on my 4th pair and I believe that 50(or lower) is the correct price for them.

Great pair of affordable ear buds

I have had these for a few months now - long enough to have an informed opinion. With the medium size tips they fit pretty good. An 8 out of 10 I would say. If I wear them while working out they can become loose in my ear but I didn't buy them for working out. These were purchased for every day, mostly at home use. They are at a great price point for the quality you get. I wasn't looking for noise canceling in these so there's no loss for me there. The ability to hear ambient noise is a plus for me as there are things going on around me that I need to hear. The sound quality is very good, again considering the price. They are comfortable enough that I fall asleep with them in. Being able to use only one bud is important to me and being able to use either the left or right matters as well and those options are covered. These are, overall, a good sounding, good fitting, affordable pair of truly wireless blue tooth earbuds. I am sold on Sony's quality. I will be trying a pair if their most expensive earbuds next and expect that I will be even more impressed with those.

Good design but harsh sound

I bought this a week ago, the size and design attracted me along with the price. I tried every thing to set a good eq and sound setting for this earbud, but still the sound is too harsh and gives me headache and caused me even vertigo for a whole week. I was not able to go to work and drive.

If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities or call performance.
Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible. Please make sure to follow the guide from this link:

I bought these earbuds around 3-4 months ago and they’ve already stopped working. I’ve taken great care of them, but the case is not charge for more than 30 seconds after being plugged in

I bought this in March 2025 and use it on a weekly basis. In the last couple of days, the left ear bud has broken audio. It sounds distorted. I love it for the couple of months I had it but did not last long
