Won’t peel off. Horrible!!!!

I just wasted product, ink, gas to go get a replacement and so much time because this will not peel. Refunding of just the product is not enough but hopefully I’ll at least get that.

Very disappointing

I don’t understand any of the positive reviews. Of the 3 t-shirts I designed and made for myself and 2 others for gifts I had so many problems I can’t begin to tell you. I had to throw out 2 and remake because the transfers wouldn’t properly adhere. Thankfully the t-shirts weren’t expensive but the point really is how much effort, thought, time, money and ultimately total frustration is wasted on the final product even once you think you have a good finished product. Here is an example of 1 of the 3. My 3 kitties pictured in a garden setting.....everything is flaking off. There is no way I didn’t follow instructions to the letter. Firstly, even though Avery does not explicitly emphasize the fabric must be at least partially synthetic, I used 50/50 cotton/poly. After one HAND WASHING the image is flaking off. I am furious. And now that I have given t-shirts that I have spent hours designing to my 2 friends who also have cats I have to explain to them that the image will probably not last.
I must include this...I am a very experienced crafter. Sewing slipcovers, painting, jewelry making, woodworking, you name it I’ve probably done it. This was going to be a no-brainer for me. Easy peasy. Let me warn you....before you experience the same frustration I did....don’t’ do it!!

Thought this would be great to make a onesie.
While it went in easy enough, I gave it a couple stretches and it totally cracked and looked horrible.

It works if you follow the instructions

Worked perfectly. If you follow the instructions to the letter and use light colored fabric then you get a good transfer. Wash inside out with cold water and you are good to go. You do need to mirror flip your picture/wording before you iron the transfer on...tip for everyone: get yourself adobe acrobat and then you can print your picture file/word file/pdf etc to an “acrobat PDF file” which has a mirror image setting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

You may need to repeat this process with more pressure until the transfer completely adheres to the fabric. Horrible

I made a shirt for my friend's son for a birthday party. The shirt looked great when i first transferred the image. Soon after he put the shirt on, the image started cracking then by the end of the party the image was fully cracked, you can barely see the image. This is supposed to be stretchable and it was not that at all. I came on here to look at the reviews and it's not looking good. You guys should remake this product soon and I wish I could get a refund. smh

I ruined 2 onesies with this product (3302) as I tried to peel off, everything was tearing and pilling off. my onesies ruined.

Worst Purchase Ever!! I love Avery products But this .......

This product is very expensive, my pack didn't have instructions with it, and it didn't work. I have been transferring pictures for a long time, and I thought I might try this brand. Never again will I buy from Avery. I read all of the directions before beginning the process and followed each one to the a T, but when it came time to peel the backing off of the image, it would not budge. I waited the 2 minutes as directed and could not make any progress. I thought perhaps I did not apply enough heat so I re-ironed the image and tried again. Still no luck. I tried peeling while the paper was still hot, and did manage to reveal a small corner of the picture but I could not get any further. I cannot imagine that this was due to a lack of heat or pressure as I scorched the table under the project. I am very disappointed and will certainly not purchase this product again. I spent close to $60 on a few packages of this paper . I would never recommend this product to anyone else. If you are thinking of buying this product, don't. It's not worth the time, grief, or money.
