Fantastic idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very strange walls. Every time I try to drill a hole to put a screw in to hang something the wall crumbles. These work so well on this kind of wall. I love not having to hammer in a nail or anything. No more toughing up the walls when you want to change thing around. I never thought it was possible to hang pictures this easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited when 3M offered to send me a sample of their Command Picture Hanging Kit. My husband of almost 41 years has an aversion to putting holes in walls to hang anything on our walls. When he paints a room, he insists on filling in every hole in the wall and then gives me a hard time about putting holes in freshly painted walls. I plead, whine and threaten to do it myself, but it's usually a losing battle. So far I have successfully hung a framed needle work (with glass) with a wire on the back, on the side of my wood kitchen cabinets. I used 2 of the wire back hangers to be on the safe side. I'm happy and even my husband was pleased. No holes in the wall!!!! Next on the list is a framed poster in a light weight frame with the poster strips. I'm so happy with my picture hanging kit. THANK YOU 3M!!! We will see our 41 st anniversary in August!!!

Makes decorating easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M gave me a free sample of its Command Picture Hanging Kit to evaluate. The kit contains a variety of damage-free strips that can be used to hang anything: posters, wire back pictures, sawtooth backed pictures, etc. I wish I had discovered this kit years ago when my husband was active duty military. I was so concerned about damaging walls in base housing that our homes were barely decorated -- even during the holidays. The kit would have allowed for year-round and seasonal decorating with no holes from nails, thumbtacks, etc.

Picture hanging tools

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best picture hanging tools around. They don't damage your walls and they're not seem from the front. I've used them in my bathroom and dining room to hanging various different items and they work perfectly. I love the versatility of this product. The velcro strips are especially good because you have the ability to move up and down a touch even after you've attached the strips to the wall.

okay for light picture frames

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this kit for some smaller picture frames I had of my kids to place on my bedroom walls. It's supports the weight of lighter frames but anything heavy I use screw mounted hooks.

Nice Variety

I like the variety of "hangers" included in the kit. the Command product is much easier to use when lining up where you want the picture to go. No making marks on the wall then setting it all down to grab a hammer and the nail then hoping you got it in the right place. This is pick the spot, stick and hang. Easy
