Not exactly sure what great words of wisdom you are looking for. This is a fairly standard 18" steel ruler. No question that it is of acceptable quality and it does meet my needs but its just a ruler.

Perfect size and the cork non-slip back is helpful

When I need a little longer than 12” but a yard stick is just too long this metal ruler is perfect. I use it a lot with an exacto knife and the cork back makes sure it doesn’t slip. And being metal I don’t worry about digging into it with my knife either. Recommend highly.
