Over agressive adhesive on bar code label damaged cork backing.

The ruler has a nice cork backing on it. However the adhesive on the bar label damaged the cork when removing it. If the label had less agressive adhesive or if it was smaller it would have been OK. The label was appled crooked and stuck out from underneath the ruler. When I went to pull it off it damaged the cork backing.
