[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought this product and when I used it, the duster kept coming off the handler! The last extendable duster I bought had a latch that kept the duster in place. Don't know why they got rid of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had a debate with myself as to whether to insert a comma between "sorry" and "Swifer", because honestly, it is sorry. The pads are skimpy and tear when they are being inserted onto the plastic prongs, When you attempt to dust furniture the prongs work their way out of the pad, scratching the furniture. I like my feather duster with an application of static electricity from the tv screen. This is a waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of my favorite cleaning tools. I use it to get dust in places I used to avoid because I hated the hassle of getting a ladder out and toting it around to clean. Now "hard to reach" areas like the ceiling fan, wall mounted tv, recessed lighting, and framed artwork are a breeze to clean thanks to this product. Before I toss the used duster in the trash, I get extra use by tackling often missed areas like the back of the cabinet under kitchen sink or the area behind litter box or even empty fireplace. The best best part is tossing the duster in trash can when finished and not having to deal with additional rags to wash! LOVE IT !!!! Thank you P&G !!!!
Pros: affordable, easy to use, many uses, disposable
Cons: haven't found one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this at home and loved it so much that I ended up requesting for it to be the way of removing dust where I work. It is excellent, quick, and easy to use. Being able to reach areas that in the past were hardly ever dusted or had to have a way to climb up to get them fully clean has come to an end. The site of seeing what all in the past you missed will come to an end with these because it gets it all and locks it on!
Pros: extendable, grabs and holds, comes scented or unscented

duster extension has great reach

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can reach the top of most things and fans with this without a step stool. I do have a high ceiling with a wide fan that I cant completely dust without a stool. Having the duster head angle is a big plus for fans and reaching the top of cabinets, book shelves, and windows.
Pros: multi angle dust head
Cons: need dust head that is longer for wide fans
