Bad design.

Bad design the wand does not hold the duster on securely. It always falls off. The old style was MUC better than this style.

This product used to be very good now is terrible

I own a cleaning company I always used this expandable handle and for about 4 years they were really good abs long lasting each one was lasting for almost 5 months now the material is so cheap and they break in a week using . I bought 8 in the past 2 months I only have one left .

Need to make the swiffer easy to put on wand

I have been using Swiffer dusters for years and like them very much, especially the blue ones because that really trap dust and dog hair. However, you have just come out with the double sided ones and have eliminated the one sided and by far they are terrible. If you can get them on the wand you will be lucky. The change is really bad. Please bring the one sided ones back for easy application

Could be improved

Nice, but disappointing. it's nice that the handle telescopes 6feet. It needs to be remodeled so it locks into place like the 3ft version does. Where the Swiffer duster cloths meet after you slide them on, there is a flat plastic piece . The cloths should overlap to fully cover that piece, because you ca hear it scratching the wall, pictures, or whatever else you are wiping down.

Such tiny swiffer dusters

I was floored at how tiny the dusters are. They’re not very thick and they certainly aren’t as full and fluffy as what’s pictured. They don’t even completely cover the handle. Very disappointing.

You say this has been through a lot of tests. Did anyone try dusting under an appliance? When you pull it out, the duster remains. Plan on spending the next hour fishing it out.

I dislike it.

This duster isn't worth it. After 3 months the button stopped working and the duster base flops around. The reason I purchased this duster was for the locking mechanism that holds it in the same position.
I've purchased 3 and eventually they all stop working.

The new design 360 dusters are terrible. Doesn’t dust like the original and just moves the dust around. I am highly disappointed with the new design.
