A nice practicle item

Fits well in your palm. My boss likes this letter opener the best so I order them for him. It is also very inexpensive. A nice practicle item.

very poor product

Starts off good but after about 50 uses. blade gets dull and soon after the point breaks. I use this product daily and the performance is very poor. At one time I believe you carried the Universal brand and it did an excellent job.

We use this product to open our daily mail etc. The concept is great but the product only works for 3-4 days then it starts tearing envelopes.

A Blue Whale of a deal with one of their sharp baleen plates that opens your mail quickly & efficiently! (It looks like a Blue Whale which doesn't have teeth rather baleen plates)
