Very sharp blade is safely placed reducing risk of user accidentally cutting a finger. The length of the piece which goes under the flap could be longer and more pointed for ease of use.

It’s a little premature to rate something that I don’t use day in and day out. Over time the blade will get dull making it difficult to open a letter.
