It's a good thing this item is inexpensive because it needs to be replaced often due to the condition of the blade after use.

One cutter blade is not set properly so it crumples the envelope the other is set well and works fine.

i have to open a lot of mail everyday and this really saves my fingers a lot of paper cuts....it is great and i love having 2 in a pack...

It does the job.

Rather small compared to the last opener I was using. It gets lost in the basket. I had to make a special pocket so I could find it. Works great. Very sharp and smooth to use. Does a nice job.

We're scanning thousands of medical charts to the computer and have to slice out face sheets from each chart. These work better than some others.
