Great product! Got some for the office everyone loves them they're very handy. We had others that never could open straight this one opens perfect every time!

I have one of these for every room in the office makes mail opening so much easier. The blade stays sharp and it doesn't snag like some other models.

My fingernails are sharper than this letter opener. Totally rips the envelope and anything under it. Not sharp enough to cut butter.

blunt edge of blade is exposed and that is what hits the envelope which rips the envelope to shreds. bought four openers - had one good opener out of four.

We use these to open hundreds of rent payment envelopes and they tear or wrinkle the envelopes more than they open them easily. Staples use to sell blue plasic one that was awesome. We will not buy this one anymore. We will use an old fashion letter opener next time.
