I use this letter opener all the time. It is small and easy to store. Also there are no sharp edges to have to worry about. It does wear out really fast.

I wish you sold these in larger quantity packages. We use these for the mailing business and there are times multiple people need one so I buy them in big quantities and it would be nice if there was a price break on more quantities.

Staples Letter Openers Are Awful!

They were not sharp and it's as if they were constructed improperly. They would get hung up. Right out of the package - they didnt work.

Useful But Needs Improvement

This is a handy tool and easier to use than the knife-style opener. Something about this new design however makes the opener catch on envelopes and often tear the contents. There was a blue one we used to get that works much better though I don't see it for sale at Staples anymore.
