I knew what I wanted when I came into the store but not where to find it. I was met by an associate when I entered the store then described what I was looking for. He directed me to the right place immediately. I saw the products available selected and purchased. Quick trip because someone knew what I wanted and where to find it.

I had to buy another too soon because the blades on the last ones went dull very quickly.

Everything is OK except the blade on the opener could be a little sharper. When I use it and it doesn’t cut clear across it rips the envelope opening.

Device works well for elderly friend with stiff fingers. Only problem she dropped it and plastic holding the blade broke. Good thing they came two to a pack.
