The blade was not placed correctly so the paper doesn't hit the blade and just tears.

I don't like this revised letter opener. The one that you had before this one was much better. You could get in small places much better with the small point. I only order these because this is the one you offer now.

Great little letter opener

The letter opener is the best I have ever used. It is very sharp and opens the envelopes easily and cleanly. Seems silly to rave about such a small object but when you have large quantities of envelopes to open having an opener that works this well is a big help.

Best bang for your buck!

Such a simple idea but this letter opener is superior to other more expensive brands that I have purchased. I am an office manager and this is the only letter opener I buy.
