I knew what I wanted when I came into the store but not where to find it. I was met by an associate when I entered the store then described what I was looking for. He directed me to the right place immediately. I saw the products available selected and purchased. Quick trip because someone knew what I wanted and where to find it.

Badly designed cheap product

If you only had one or two envelopes to open at once sure. But when you sort upwards of 30-50 pieces of mail a day this thing gets frustrating fast. It's way too wide at the bottom which makes it difficult to get into a narrow envelope slit and it's clumsy so it's very easy to accidentally slice part of the contents of the envelope. It's a badly designed product. It'll mostly get the job done but not that well. Go find something that's not almost a quarter of an inch thick it'll work better.

I have been using the same opener since 2003. I finally purchased a new one & oh my gosh I didn't realize how bad mine was. This one is so sharp & glides right thru the toughest envelopes. I love it!
