Badly designed cheap product

If you only had one or two envelopes to open at once sure. But when you sort upwards of 30-50 pieces of mail a day this thing gets frustrating fast. It's way too wide at the bottom which makes it difficult to get into a narrow envelope slit and it's clumsy so it's very easy to accidentally slice part of the contents of the envelope. It's a badly designed product. It'll mostly get the job done but not that well. Go find something that's not almost a quarter of an inch thick it'll work better.

not bad product however big design flaw is the end that goes in to start the cut is an odd shape and not as easy to get in the envelope quickly.
