This item is too fat to properly fit into the envelope to open it. You should make it thinner to it just slides in. I'll never buy this item again.

Slit letter openers

I have to keep buying a few at a time because everyone likes mine and they disappear so hide them. They are great and the blade is sharp enough to all the envelopes that I have put thru it. Can even handle some of the light cardboard boxes. I will continue to purchase these.

This style of letter opener works great for slitting open the first part of the envelope but then it always seems to get stuck in the flap at the end making finishing the slit a hassle. I wish there was a way to avoid this maybe I need to work on my technique!

Letter Opener has a fat

Letter Opener has a fat rounded tip rather than a pointed tip that you have to slide sideways under envelope flap and force through the other side of letter to open envelope. Will not purchase again

Terrible!

I have had these openers form different brands before and I loved them but this one is terrible. The plastic tip that is supposed to slide under the flap of the envelope is so thick and blunt that it doesn't go it. All they need to do is make this thinner and the blade sharper.
