I received excellent service placing my order online - in the store. The product that arrived was exactly what I wanted. Though it was a simple letter opener I had not been able to find it in local stores. One of the Staples salesmen helped me order it and it arrived just at my doorstep a few days later. I would recommend this product and the store where I ordered it - Columbia MD - Long Gate Shopping Center.

Overall I am pleased with the letter openers. They are sharp and slide right through the envelope. I only objection is that the price is a little high in my opinion.
