The letter opener is working well. I had thought it would be a little larger but I like it. I received two letter openers is just a couple of days. Good job!

Needs to be thinner at the tip

The tip is too thick - needs to be thinner in order to be able to slide cleanly under the envelope flap. We ordered white ones that were great can't seem to find them - ordered black (twice) and both times they are the thicker harder to slide under opener. Disappointed
