It’s a little premature to rate something that I don’t use day in and day out. Over time the blade will get dull making it difficult to open a letter.

I find the end used to start the cut isn't pointed enough to help also it stops short of cutting all the way to the end of envelope.

I'm happy with my purchase of the staples letter opener! It works great and what else can I say it's a letter opener! It's much better then using an old fashioned letter opener that's for sure! Buy it you won't be disappointed with your purchase.
