I wish you sold these in larger quantity packages. We use these for the mailing business and there are times multiple people need one so I buy them in big quantities and it would be nice if there was a price break on more quantities.

I have been using the same opener since 2003. I finally purchased a new one & oh my gosh I didn't realize how bad mine was. This one is so sharp & glides right thru the toughest envelopes. I love it!

Product is great but the packaging was too big!

Product is great but next time don't mail it in a giant box! The letter openers fit in an envelope but it was delivered in 12x12x8 box with sealed air bags to boot! Not eco friendly.

Half of them were too dull to work.

We open about a hundred pieces of mail every day. Letter openers eventually get dull and need to be replaced. We bought three packages recently and half of them were so dull they wouldn't slice the paper right out of the box. For half of the product to be N.G. right out of the box is unacceptable quality control.

Doesn't work like the old blue ones.

We use these to open hundreds of rent payment envelopes and they tear or wrinkle the envelopes more than they open them easily. Staples use to sell blue plasic one that was awesome. We will not buy this one anymore. We will use an old fashion letter opener next time.
