Very sharp blade is safely placed reducing risk of user accidentally cutting a finger. The length of the piece which goes under the flap could be longer and more pointed for ease of use.

I got two in a package and I can rip something open faster and cleaner than either of these can. It gets stuck opening the smallest thinnest envelope. Don't waste your money. I have no idea where to get one that actually works.
