This is a good option especially if you like to see what's in your folder very quickly. Many times we use this folder to take important papers to clients.

When I first started working in this firm they did not use these folders. I bought a couple for myself and now we cannot work without them. They are great for keeping projects at your fingertips visible and organized. The problem is these folders just keep disappearing. You would think that having purchased so many of these folders they would always be available. We use them over and over. But no I am ordering them all the time and we still run out! I have some of the colored ones for "special projects" but for the most part we just use the transparent folders as they work perfectly.

Have a graphic design/web development company. Use these for job jackets for the past 4 years! The most effective resource for me!!! Can organize files (though I try to be good to the environment and not waste paperwork). :)

I use these folders to keep all my projects organized and to pass on information to my colleagues. The only problem is they seem to evaporate! I keep having to order more and more. I have NO CLUE where they go. But that is ok. The are affordable. The colored ones are also nice but more expensive. If you really need to prioritize projects the colored ones are more efficient.

I downsized all of my business and household files from classification folders to these clear folders. What I found is I needed to slim the contents and these TRU RED clear file folders are perfect. I am also purchasing the 15/16 x 3 7/16 removable Avery file folder labels for extra large type for easy visual identification retrieval and use. These are sturdy and really help in getting files to the essentials of what is needed to keep. I use these for my business files project files household warranties legal docs decorating project and they take up much less space compared to paper folders and do not attract the little bug that likes paper. My documents are simply - better organized easier to recognize and manage. This product is worth the purchase. Now I can keep projects well organized and readily accessible at a glance. They easily fit in a tote a briefcase a carry bag etc with easy in and out of bag access or in and out access from a bankers box. I have been able to reduce the physical footprint of my files improve organization by organizing specific elements of a project instead of a larger folder with everything. It's faster easier and more efficient. Translucent/clear folders are smart and effective. If they contain something sensitive I print a cover page with big bold lettering and slip in the front. Handy.
