These clear tabbed folders are great for organizing different parts of a project all in a larger project folder. The see-through cover makes it easy to identify the contents and read the top page without opening the folder. I also use them to store all travel trip materials in one place. Again the clear cover allows me to see the current flight details or itinerary without opening. They are sturdy enough to reuse many times if you use removable labels.

I like the fact the file folders are made of plastic. They should last longer than paper. I don't like that one side is open.

I use these folders to hold loose pages together for reading while on a subway or bus. If I don't get a seat I can hold on to a pole with one hand and use the other to hold the folder--I'm able to read the top page through the cover without fear of dropping the pages--and even if I were to drop the folder the pages won't fly all over the place because these folders are sealed on two edges and have a plastic tab to hold the folder closed on the top short edge. It's easy to remove the top page and place it at the back of the folder so that I can continue reading. In a hot bus or subway car sweaty hands won't ruin the pages. I'm so happy I found these folders because they've made commuting much more bearable! I use these folders also for immediate-need documents so that I can easily see what's in the folder. At times I use non-permanent-stick tape on the tab and write labels on that; it's a great way to keep things organized.

Love Translucent Poly File Folders !

I rarely buy plastic anything... but this is one item i love and am converting all of my paper household project and wish list tri-tab folders over to these and will probably never have to replace them. They take up less space than the paper ones and labels are optional as you can see what's inside. They're sealed on one side with the other side being open with a tab to keep it shut; which makes it easier to take out the papers as these don't accommodate too may sheets inside.
