[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have an office job and are looking for a little powerful shredder that can fit under your desk look no further! The Staples 150 sheet micro-cut shredder can shred large stacks of paper at one time and not get jammed or too hot. It also comes with safety features like overload protection and auto start and stop just in case you may need them. It’s a very quiet machine to use even during the busy work day so it won’t interupt any of your coworkers while you’re using it. Overall I think this is an excellent machine and I can’t wait to see what else I can shred with it!!

Love the automatic feeder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We deal with a lot of confidential documents at home and our new 12 sheets shredder with the 150 pages autofeed has been a huge help to dispose of the documents. The unit is very easy to use and was ready out of the box. There are 2 power buttons for extra safety. I have shredded thousands of pages in the past few weeks and have not encountered a single jam so far. All in all I am very pleased with this shredder. It is easy to use the auto feeder saves me a lot of time and best of all I can run it for 20-30 minutes without having to let the shredder rest. This one is getting a 5 stars rating from me.

I got this because it said it could handle 150 pages. However it often gets stuck with just a single page. It gets stuck 90 percent of the time. If you use the feeder in the back it does fine most of the time. But for every day shredding a piece or two of paper in the front feeder it jams most of the time. I returned this item and purchased another one that has less capacity but does not get jammed as easily.

Broke today. A few weeks shy of its 1st birthday. Only used it at home. This is my 3rd shredder in 3 years. I really don't know anymore which brands will last because this is ridiculous. It's always too late for a return. I shred mail and paper 1-2 times a month.

Great Secure Shredder

I have been using it to shred and discard documents with sensitive information at the school counseling office. It shreds the documents super small. It can shred large amounts at one time without getting jammed. I’m still careful to try to not put too much in but I am amazed at how much it can take. It’s super easy to use. You don’t have to put anything together when it comes in you just have to get it out of the packaging. The best part to me though is how much it stores before you have to empty it. No constant dumping with lots of bags even if you shred a lot which I do. I also think one of the best things is that it has wheels so it’s really easy to move around. It stores nicely but it’s also not stuck in one place if you need to move it for convenience.
