Jams all the time

I was looking for a shredder that could handle 100 or more pages at a time. This one supposedly can handle 150. I routinely put between 30 and 50 pages in the feed are at a time. It jams almost every single time. I have put in lubricating sheets. I have run it forward and backwards to clean the blades. I have done absolutely everything to clear up the jams on this product, but it jams again, three minutes later. If I wanted something that could take only 10 pages at a time, I could’ve saved a lot of money and bought a cheaper product. And for whatever reason, this product is not available for return.

Seems to shred okay. But I had this same brand that was about 8 years old, and I liked the door on the bottom to open to remove the waste bin. This new design seems to make a mess when removing the bin.
