Wish it did what it said

I think the product is great except it can't play mp4's like the manual says it can. When I call support they tell me that the video has to be exactly 1920 or something like that. I burned some mp4's at that resolution and they still didn't work. It does a real nice job with the internet and playing DVD's but it does a terrible job with mp4's. I bought a media player and the DVD player can find it and lists all the movies I have on it, but it won't play them.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight, wi-fi
Cons: does not play mp4 as advertised

Quality player inexpensive price. I tried several other high end dvd players and for the money none other compare.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

I've had this product for at least 2 years and I just love it! The only drawbacks are the lack of sufficient internal memory for some applications and the fact that I had to purchase the wireless adapter for it; I'd have preferred if the wireless capability was built in. Otherwise, the picture is stunningly clear (I use HDMI cables) and I've never experienced even one issue with performance. The applications, such as YouTube and Facebook are pretty cool, as well.
Pros: Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Had nothing but trouble from this product. Front door won't stay close. I usually have open and close the door at least once before the DVD will start.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a good player but for the money and easy to set up had no problems just about as easy as plug and play
