I bought this blu-ray 3d dvd player that was pre-packaged with a 51inch plasma 3d tv. So far, this dvd player is great.

This Blu-ray player works like a charm. Good value for the money. Easy hook-up, nice remote and especially like the lighted, touch function buttons.

First time and 2nd time with defects

Disappointing unit. First one made high pitch noise right of box. Replacement unit worked ok for 1 year and after one year, would not play blu ray movies. Disappointed in quality control on this unit as a product of this cost point should not have such high / young failure rate. Competition is fierce in electronics and if Samsung cannot step up they will be left behind.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
