Very busy remote. Buttons are too close together. Some movies when paused for a certain amount of time will not continue when "play" button is pressed. I have not found a way to add or delete app icons on my home menu. I expected more from a Samsung product.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I expected more from this player

i stream movie from Vudu through a wired connection and to my surprise the player will not alone me to stream movies in HD 1080p, at first I taught it was my internet but after running multiple test on my FIOS network w? a Verison agent, i discovered that the problem was not my network and the Blu ray player was the problem.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Blue-Ray player

I have had this Blue-Ray player for some time now. The over all product is Great, but it can take forever some times to start the disc. I have the software up to date. It just seem to take more time then I want to wait for it to start. It can take over 5 min. for it to start. That is if it will, I have to restart it and it take be more then one rest. But Im not sure if it is the manufacture of the movie or if it is the Blue-Ray player. It is not every time you play a movie.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight

It has become a normal DVD player only.

The player was awesome, at first. Then Blu-ray DVDs froze and slowly stopped working altogether. Not long after it began making a buzzing noise while playing normal DVDs. Oddly the sound would go away by putting a dvd on top of the player.
Don't get me wrong I love Samsung, I have a 46" LED Samsung, and it is definitely the only brand TV I'd ever buy. I am now trying to get the player in for service, hopefully it's just a dud and my opinion of their BluRay players will change.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, did not last long under normal wear and tear

Works great! with the wireless dongle capable of streaming Netflix, Pandora and many other online services to your Tv. Got this player as a gift with a C8000. Using it in my bedroom it is very convenient.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight, sleek
