what apps?

i have tried everything to make my blu-ray player download the apps that i want. but i always have to re-register my product and going in circles. samsung has created a less-than-desirable product. it always freezes and i'm having really bad buyers remorse. do not; under any circumstance buy this product. it is cheap and badly maunfactured.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this to match up with my samsung un32c4000pd LED tv and also to stream netflix to the bedroom. Had to buy the Samsung WIS09ABGN wireless lan adapter to enable the player to do this.The wireless lan was rather expensive and I have to use the tv remote to use all the features of the tv. I thought that the player remote would have covered both units but, it does not. The tv remote does not cover all the features of the player remote. So far the netflix streaming has worked perfectly.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: needs wireless adapter, samsung lan adapter

If you need a inexpensive player get this one it preforms flawlessly and has tons of features. If you have a movie subscription you will just love this to watch movies instantly with. This is a must have.

Enhances regular DVDs

I like the fact that it upconverts my regular non-HD DVDs to 1080P. It does such a great job that for older movies i.e. Independence Day it truly enhances anything that is fake which will almost make you not want to watch it...oh well glad technology has evolved so much since then :)

Cons: really exposes fake actions older movies

NO WHERE IN THE BOOK DID I SEE A DESCIPITION OF HOW TO SET UP WHEN YOU HAVE A CABLE BOX, HAD TO CALL SERVICE DEPT WHICH WENT VERY SMOOTH
